Who we are

This website is operated by Justin Pollard, J.D., a Georgia-licensed real estate broker (license #374145) and Managing Broker & CEO of Realty ONE Group Edge, 242 N. 5th Ave, Rome, GA 30165, (706) 528-1000. "Pollard Property Solutions" is a marketing name.

Information we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you provide: name, email, phone, property address and details, and your message. We also automatically collect standard technical data (pages visited, device/browser, referring site and campaign parameters) through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare home value analyses, send listings you asked for, and follow up by call, text, or email. Information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) and email. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with Realty ONE Group Edge, service providers who help us operate (form delivery, CRM, email, analytics), professionals you ask us to connect you with (e.g., lenders), or as required by law.

Text messages

If you consent to texts, message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You may opt out of communications at any time, or ask us to access or delete your information, by calling (706) 685-6478 or using the contact form.
